The man accused of sexually assaulting a 16-year-old disabled ward of the state in Hanover has been charged. Bryon Petgrave, a 48-year-old chef from St. James, was charged on Wednesday with rape and indecent assault. He is booked to appear in court next week. Mr. Petgrave was taken into custody last weekend following allegations that he molested the teenager at a children’s home. He was employed as a chef at the home.
